These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to purchases made through the KJGlow website.

1) About us

About KJGlow: KJGlow is a UK-based online skincare store bringing you carefully selected Korean
beauty favourites. We focus on quality, authenticity, and a smooth shopping experience - so you can
shop with confidence and build a routine that helps your skin look and feel its best.

2) Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a
parent/guardian).

3) Products & information

• We sell skincare and beauty products.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates.
• Any skincare guidance we share is general information only and not medical advice.

4) Orders & contract

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy.
• A contract forms when we accept your order (usually when we send an order or dispatch
confirmation).
• We may refuse or cancel an order (with a refund) for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors,
suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

5) Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full at checkout using the methods offered on our site.

6) Delivery

• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control (for example courier disruption, severe
weather, strikes, or customs delays).
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or
incomplete address, we may charge redelivery costs.

7) International orders (only if you ship abroad)

If we ship to your country:
• You may need to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
• We are not responsible for customs delays.

8) Cancellation rights (change of mind)

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving
your order. To cancel, email info@kjglow.com with your order number and a clear statement that
you want to cancel.
If you cancel:
• You must send the goods back within 14 days of cancelling.
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless we agree otherwise.
• We will refund you to the original payment method after we receive the returned items (or evidence
of return).

9) Returns & hygiene / sealed goods

• Because we sell skincare and beauty items, we cannot accept returns of sealed products that have
been opened after delivery where this is not suitable for health protection or hygiene reasons
(unless faulty).
• Please do not open items you may wish to return.

10) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact info@kjglow.com with your order number
and photos (if relevant). We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

11) How to start a return (address provided after contact)

To start a return, email info@kjglow.com.
If your return is approved, we will send:
• the return address, and
• return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

12) Allergies & patch testing

• Always read the label and instructions before use.
• We recommend a patch test before first use.
• We are not responsible for reactions caused by allergies, sensitivities, or misuse.

13) Promotions & discount codes

• Offers and discount codes may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Unless stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
• Free gifts and promotions are subject to availability.

14) Authenticity

We aim to sell genuine products sourced from reputable suppliers. If you have concerns about a

15) Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for
indirect or consequential losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

16) Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, branding and logos) is owned by or licensed to KJGlow. You may
not copy or use it without permission.
